MANILA, Philippines – Magsasampa ng reklamo ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa umano’y apat na maanomalyang flood control projects sa Davao City.
Ayon kay NBI Director Melvin Matibag, ieendorso ng ahensya ang apat na proyekto para mas maimbestigahan pa ng Department of Justice o Office of the Ombudsman.
“Right now, we were able to open apat. Apat na kaso out of 47. And of those four, we already — as in, malala, maraming problema, no? Submission of the same identical pictures of different dates for purposes of collecting payment,” sinabi ni Matibag.
Aniya, ang isa sa mga larawan ay ipinasa noong Pebrero 29, 2023 at Mayo 5, 2023.
“Wala namang February 29 nu’ng 2023 because it was not a leap year,” ani Matibag.
Samantala, sinabi rin ng opisyal na may nagpapatuloy na imbestigasyon sa 47 flood control projects. RNT/JGC
