Ang net satisfaction rating ay ang “difference between those who were satisfied and those who were dissatisfied” sa trabaho ng partikular na government official.

Batay sa SWS, ang net satisfaction ratings na hidi bababa sa least +70 ay maituturing na “excellent,” +50 hanggang +69 na “very good,” +30 hanggang +49 na “good,” +10 hanggang +29 na “moderate,” +9 hanggang -9 na “neutral,” -10 hanggang -29 na “poor,” -30 hanggang -49 na “bad,” -50 hanggang -69 na “very bad,” at -70 o mas mababa bilang “execrable.”

“The general observation here is that there seems to be honeymoon ratings for the different presidents that we have had. Honeymoon meaning they started high and tend to end up having lower net satisfaction ratings,” ani Sandoval.
