“That’s close to inciting sedition, so we will investigate them. Those words have no place in civil society,” sinabi ni Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla sa isang panayam.

“We will go for truth, accountability, and justice, and go through the due process, whoever needs to be held accountable for this,” dagdag pa.

“All this will end in peace, legality, and constitutionality. If the Armed Forces of the Philippines withdraw support from Marcos, that is legal. That is legitimate,” ani Celiz.

“The Armed Forces shall be the protector of the State and the people. And the people [are} not represented by Marcos. The State is not owned by Marcos. The government is not Marcos,” dagdag pa niya.

“With the freedom of expression comes a sense of responsibility. An act of sedition is dangerous to the state,” ayon sa DILG chief.

“Every citizen is accorded the right to free speech, but they must have the corresponding responsibility to behave in all civility,” dagdag pa.

RNT/JGC
