MANILA, Philippines – Nangakong magsisikap para magkaroon ng reporma sa edukasyon si newly proclaimed Senator-elect Paulo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV sa kanyang pagbabalik sa Senado.
“To the Filipino youth, we cannot thank you enough. Thank you so much. The mandate you gave me, I will not waste,” saad sa speech ni Aquino matapos maiproklama sa seremonya nitong Sabado, Mayo 17.
“The mandate you gave me, we will take care of and ensure that we will work every day on reforms to education, jobs and uplifting the lives of fellow Filipinos and Filipino families,” dagdag pa niya.
Si Aquino ang ikalawa sa may pinakamataas na boto na nakuha sa 20,971,899 votes. RNT/JGC
