Manila, Philippines – Aminado ang young actress na si Shira Tweg na nakaramdam siya nang kaba sa kanyang eksena sa mga beteranong sina Gelli de Belen and Pilar Pilapil.
Ang dalawang aktres ay co-stars ni Shira, with Khai Flores, sa psychological-suspense-drama movie titled “Mantsa.”
Ang pelikula ay pinamahalaan ng award-winning direktor na si Louie Ignacio.
Pahayag ni Shira, “When I first had a scene with them (Gelli and Ms. Pilar), of course at first ay intimidated talaga ako, I was really nervous, I didn’t know what to do, what to expect.
“I was really proud of myself, na nagawa ko iyon. I went through all of that, it was a success.”
Dagdag pa niya, “When I first read about my role, parang kinabahan po ako. Kasi, it’s a challenging role and it’s something na hindi ko in-expect na gagawin ko. Kasi, I was doubting myself… na, kaya ko ba, magagawa ko ba?
“But thankfully, sa lahat ng co-stars ko at kay Direk Louie po, they really helped me. Of course yung mga co-actor mo, they gonna help you, hindi naman puwedeng kanya-kanya.
“So, they really helped me throughout the whole scene. Especially kay Tita Gelli at Tita Pilar, hindi po nila ako pinabayaan sa set. They really gave me advises, they really made me feel na I’m home na parang comfortable lahat, that everything is okay.”
Nabanggit din ni Shira ang aral ang mapupulot sa kanilang pelikulang ito.
Saad ng aktres, “Iyong mental health awareness po ang number-one talagang aral na mapupulot dito. It’s a psychological thriller po and it’s all about family rin po kasi.
“Specially ngayon, this generation, super-duper big deal ang mental health nowadays. Na, we should really watched out, na hindi rin natin dapat na binabalewala lang ito.” wika pa ng 19 year old na aktres na ginagampanan rito ang papel na Regina.
Kasama rin sa pelikula sina Janice de Belen, Snooky Serna, Lloyd Samartino, Dino Guevarra, LA Santos, Bo Bautista, Ghia Garcia, Mill Marzo, RJ Ariar, Rain Barreto, Miles Poblete, at iba pa.
Hatid ito ng Dragon Talent Management ng mga producer na sina Bambbi Fuentes at Tine Areola, at co-producer sa movie na si Mr. Ric Valenzuela.
