MANILA, Philippines – Matagumpay na nakumpleto ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) ang pag-upgrade nito sa air traffic management system.
“There were no flights delayed/affected during software update from 12:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.,” mensahe ni CAAP spokesperson Eric Apolonio.
“Throughout the upgrade, (CAAP) effectively managed air traffic during a critical system upgrade of its CNS/ATM system, as international overflights safely traversed the Philippine Flight Information Region under procedural control provided by the Manila Area Control Center. All departures and arrivals nationwide were efficiently managed, ensuring that flights reached their destinations safely and on time,” saad sa pahayag ng CAAP.
RNT/JGC
