Solon: Rotational brownout kayang solusyunan basta DOE galaw-galaw

“Our energy situation is worsening because our needs are growing year by year” pahayag ni Cojuangco.

“Every time the lights go out, business operations are derailed and precipitate a domino effect on our manufacturing and service industries resulting to diminished economic output, rising scrap rates, and rising costs” ani Cojuangco.

“A sufficient energy supply is a must” dagdag pa nito.

“Despite this clear necessity, the DOE has yet to embrace the urgency of deploying a substantial capacity of reliable and cost-effective nuclear power at the earliest opportunity” paliwanag ni Cojuangco.

“At a time when the heat index in various cities around the country are dangerously high, it is utterly unacceptable to have rotational brownouts when such could have been proactively mitigated in the first place. The time for action is now, and the DOE must rise to the occasion” ani Cojuangco.

“DOE must act now and ensure that their actions align with the best interests of all Filipinos. Failure to do so would not only be a failure to give the right advice to the President but a disservice to our people who are left hanging in this sweltering heat and jeopardized economic opportunity” pagtatapos pa nito.
