14 commander ng 5 police districts sa NCR iniimbestigahan sa mga posibleng paglabag

MANILA, Philippines- Kasalukuyang iniimbestigahan ang 14 commanders dahil sa posibleng lapses at mga paglabag, base sa National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) nitong Martes.

Sinabi ni NCRPO spokesperson Police Major Hazel Asilo na bineberipika pa ang paliwanag ng kaukulang police officials.

Kasunod ang imbestigasyon ng utos na surprise inspection ni NCRPO chief Police Major General Anthony Aberin sa limang police districts sa Metro Manila noong May 17 at 18.

Base sa NCRPO, naobserbahan ang sumusunod na lapses at violations:

• unmanned police assistance desks

• abandoned posts

• single postings na paglabag sa deployment protocols

• paggamit ng cellular phones habang naka-duty

• kakulangan ng visible police presence sa high-traffic public areas

Ang mga mapapatunayang nagkulang o nagkasala ay tatanggalin sa pwesto kasunod ng due process ng batas base sa NCRPO.

“We must step up with our crime prevention and solution efforts. I expect police commanders to be present, aware, and accountable for their men. Discipline begins at the top,” ani Aberin.
