MANILA, Philippines – ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., si Lieutenant General Antonio G Nafarrete bilang bagong Chief of Staff ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
Kasunod ito ng pagreretiro sa puwesto ni General Romeo S Brawner Jr ngayong araw.
Sa kabilang dako, si Lieutenant General Donald M Gumiran, kasalukuyang nagsisilbi bilang Commander of the Western Mindanao Command ay hahalili sa timon o kapangyarihan ng Philippine Army bilang Commanding General.
