“We now place full reliance on the Judiciary as the final nation of the people’s rights, confident that the rights of an innocent man such as Pastor Quiboloy will be vindicated, and his good name finally cleared. For as written in the Bible in Luke 18:7-8: ‘And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them? I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily.’ It is just a matter of time, for there are occasions where wickedness takes the place of justice, but there will be a time for every case to be settled before God (Ecclesiastes 3:16).”

“As we prepare to avail of all judicial remedies, we shall now henceforth refrain from specifically commenting on the aforementioned issues out of respect to the courts, and we enjoin the others concerned to exhibit some sense of common decency at long last by doing the same.

Magugunita na isinampa na ng Department of Justice ang mga kasong paglabag sa Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act sa Davao City regional trial court (RTC) at kasong paglabag sa 9208, the Anti-Trafficking Persons Act of 2003 ang isinampa sa Pasig City RTC.
