MANILA, Philippines- Nangako si Senator Sonny Angara nitong Martes na makikipagtulungan sa lahat ng sektor ng lipunan upang matiyak na ang mga mag-aaral na Pilipino ay magkakaroon ng access sa de-kalidad na edukasyon.
Inihayag ni Angara, pinangalanang incoming Department of Education secretary, na bukas siyang makipagtrabaho sa pinalitan niyang si Vice President Sara Duterte.
Ayon kay Angara, nagpapasalamat siya kay Marcos sa tiwala nito at pagtatalaga sa kanya bilang bagong DepEd chief.
“This significant responsibility is one I accept with humility and a profound sense of duty,” giit ni Angara.
“I am committed to working with all sectors of society, including my predecessor, Vice President Sara Duterte, to ensure that every Filipino child has access to quality education,” dagdag niya.
“I am eager to collaborate with President Marcos and the entire administration in serving our students.”
