MANILA, Philippines- Pinaalalahanan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ang mga kliyente ng kanilang Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program na maaari nang magsilbi ang welfare satellite offices malapit sa kanilang tirahan.
“Beginning today, June 1, AICS clients should go to the DSWD satellite office nearest their areas of residence as this will be more convenient and economical for them,” DSWD spokesperson Assistant Secretary Romel Lopez sa isang kalatas.
Ipinaliwanag ni Lopez na ang mga kliyente sa hilagang bahagi ng Kalakhang Maynila (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas at Valenzuela) ay maaaring mag-avail sa DSWD assistance sa Camanava satellite office sa Victory Trade Plaza sa Monumento, Caloocan City.
Samantala, iyong mga nasa katimugang bahagi ng Kalakhang Maynila (Pasay, Parañaque, Muntinlupa at Las Piñas) ay maaaring mag-request ng tulong sa Baclaran Satellite Office sa Victory Food Market sa tabi Baclaran Church.
“AICs beneficiaries in the municipalities of Norzagaray, Sta. Maria, Angat and the city of San Jose del Monte in Bulacan will be serviced by the SJDM Satellite Office situated at Starmall in Barangay Kaypian,” ayon kay Lopez.
Nilinaw din nito na ang DSWD, NCR Regional Office sa Maynila ay sakop ang mga benepisaryo sa lungsod ng Maynila, San Juan, Mandaluyong at Makati habang ang DSWD Central Office sa kahabaan ng Batasan Road ay magseserbisyo naman sa mga kliyente sa Quezon City.
