eGOVPH app nagka-aberya dahil sa dami ng users

MANILA, Philippines – Aminado ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) na nagkaroon ng pansamantalang aberya sa ilang serbisyo ng eGOVPH app dahil sa biglaang pagdami ng gumagamit.

Ayon sa DICT, “The disruption was caused by an unexpected surge in user activity, which placed significant demand on system capacity. Our technical teams immediately responded, and affected services were promptly restored.”

Dagdag pa ng ahensya, “We understand the inconvenience this may have caused our users and the public who rely on the platform for access to government services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.”

Sinabi ng DICT na nagpapakita ito ng patuloy na paglaki ng gumagamit ng digital government services sa bansa.

Tiniyak din ng ahensya na may isasagawang pagpapahusay sa sistema upang palakasin ang kapasidad, performance, at reliability ng app sa panahon ng mataas na demand.

“We are working closely with the Department of Budget and Management and other concerned agencies to support long-term resource planning and sustain the continued modernization of critical digital infrastructure,” ayon pa sa DICT.

Nilinaw rin ng DICT na hindi ito isyu ng seguridad at agad na naibalik ang mga naapektuhang serbisyo. RNT/MND
