“We will not tolerate any form of obstruction to justice. Our investigation aims to identify those who knowingly provided refuge to Quiboloy, and we will ensure they face appropriate legal consequences,” giit ni Marbil.

Kinasuhan din ang Davao-based televangelist ng federal grand jury sa US District Court for the Central District of California ng conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion and sex trafficking of children; sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion; conspiracy; at bulk cash smuggling.

Bse kay Marbil, hindi matataguan ni Quiboloy ang mga awtoridad nang walang tulong ng “close associates, including legal representatives who actively misled authorities regarding his exact whereabouts.”

“Obstruction of justice is a serious offense, and those who aided in shielding Quiboloy from law enforcement will be charged accordingly. The law is clear—no one is above it, and those who helped Quiboloy will be held accountable,” wika ng PNP chief.

Israelito Torreon at Atty. Ferdinand Topacio. RNT/SA
