MANILA, Philippines – Ipinahayag ng Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) noong Miyerkules na babalik sa normal na operasyon ang linya simula Enero 1.
Ayon sa advisory, magsisimula ang unang biyahe mula Antipolo patungong Recto sa alas-5 ng umaga.
Ang huling biyahe mula Antipolo Station ay alas-9 ng gabi, habang ang huling commercial train mula Recto Station ay alas-9:39 ng gabi.
Nauna nang inanunsiyo ng Department of Transportation ang pinalawig na operating hours ng LRT-2 para sa mga late-night commuters, manggagawa, at shoppers.
Sa kanyang New Year message, sinabi ni Administrator Hernando Cabrera na nananatiling committed ang LRT-2 sa pagbibigay ng abordable, accessible, at dependable public transportation, na tinitiyak ang komportable at maayos na biyahe ng publiko.
“Our passengers are at the center of everything we do. Guided by this principle, we will continue to enhance our operations, facilities, and services to further improve your daily commute and overall travel experience,” ani Cabrera.
