MANILA, Philippines – Binalaan ng Korte Suprema ang publiko hinggil sa kumakalat na mga pekeng court order, court notices, advisories, issuances mula umano sa Korte Suprema at sa iba pang tangapan ng hudikatura.
Sinabi ni Supreme court spokesperson Atty. Camille Ting, marami na silang reklamo na natatanggap kaya muli nilang ipinaalala sa publiko hinggil dito upang maiwasang maging biktima at makikilan ng pera.
“The public is likewise warned against individuals fraudulently claiming to be court employees. All courts use only official communication channels when issuing orders, notices, and other court-related documents.”
Tiniyak ng SC na mananagot ang mga nasa likod ng iligal na gawain kung saan pananagutin rin nila kung may mga kasabwat na abogado o tauhan ng korte.
Kaugnay nito, hinihimok ng Korte Suprema ang publiko na maging alerto at suriin maigi ang mga dokumento o mga anunsyo na iniaalok ng mga indibdwal na wala naman kaugnayan sa tanggapan ng kataas-taasang hukuman.
“We strongly urge everyone to remain vigilant. Do not be misled. Always verify the authenticity of any court-related document, announcement, or advisory. Suspicious communications, documents, or individuals should be reported to the Judiciary Public Assistance Section at [email protected] for proper investigation and appropriate action.
