“The NCRPO is ready again and we are continuing to implement Comprehensive Security Deployment around and outside the Senate complex to ensure peace, safety and of course, the unity of all those present, including the public, while the impeachment proceedings are being conducted,” ani Asilo sa panayam sa radyo nitong Linggo.
“What they will do is guard the perimeter, the ingress and egress points, and of course, the main access routes so that we can prevent security disruptions.”
“It is important that we strictly follow existing laws, regulations and prescribed security measures to ensure that all activities around the Senate remain safe, orderly and controlled. Your cooperation is key to avoiding any disruption or tension,” ani Asilo.
“The same applies to vehicles that may enter and exit the Senate. We are avoiding a repeat of what happened in the past when one vehicle owned by a senator was thrown with various objects.” RNT
