PRESIDENTIAL Adviser on Poverty Alleviation Larry Gadon renewed his call for Vice President Sara Duterte to resign from her post as he blasted her for telling lies over her questionable confidential funds.
Gadon was referring to a statement issued by the vice president who said that the confidential funds of her office were used on its work in relation to national security.
Saying there’s a direct correlation between poverty and national security, Duterte said that all her projects and programs were targeting poverty alleviation.
But the anti-poverty presidential adviser didn’t buy her ‘excuses‘ sand said those were all lies since her office wasn’t a government agency tasked to implement programs for poverty alleviation and national security.
“Instead of fabricating these lies and excuses, she should better resign from her post rather than getting impeached as she is sure to be impeached over her anomalous confidential funds, among others.”
He further claimed that her giving of ‘assistance’ to the people was only part of her early campaigning ”in the guise of reducing poverty alleviation and national security.”
