NOTHING can surpass it and the people are certain to benefit immediately and directly when elected officials, together with those serving in government, are honest and genuinely focused on true public service—and that’s exactly what the residents of Malabon City are experiencing.
Just recently, the city government under the stewardship of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval has passed its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System first surveillance audit with zero nonconformity findings, confirming full compliance with applicable ISO requirements and established standards.
Conducted by TÜV Rheinland Philippines that ended on Oct. 8, 2026, the three-day audit covered 45 local departments, offices and units along with the Anti-Drug Abuse Office, City of Malabon Polytechnic Institute, City of Malabon University, Malabon City Library, and Ospital ng Malabon.
“This success is the result of the collective effort of our departments and personnel to maintain the quality of our services. It is proof that our services are effective and felt by our constituents.”
“We will continue to improve our processes to ensure that our service to every Malabueño remains orderly, efficient, and reliable,” she vowed.
Following the audit, the TÜV Rheinland Philippines team affirmed the continued maintenance of the local government’s ISO 9001:2015 Certification while noting positive observations and opportunities for improvement to further strengthen the implementation of its Quality Management System.
City Administrator Alexander Rosete likewise cited the importance of sustaining its QMS through the consistent implementation of established standards and continuous improvement across all offices.
