NO less than the City of Malabon under the stewardship of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval is extremely jubilant as it proudly extends its warmest congratulations to its City Administrator, Dr. Alexander T. Rosete, for his successful completion of a rigorous and distinguished two-year academic odyssey—one that has taken him from the halls of one of Asia’s premier business institutions to the shores of Australia’s top-ranked university.
Rosete, a long-time and trusted friend of mine, began his transformative journey at the highly-regarded Asian Institute of Management (AIM) where he earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Management—a program renowned for shaping leaders with a distinctly Asian perspective on business and governance.
Building on this solid foundation, he then crossed the globe to the University of Western Australia (UWA), completing his Master’s in Business Administration (Global), a program designed to equip leaders with the strategic foresight and intercultural competence required in today’s interconnected world.
This remarkable achievement is far more than a personal accolade; it’s a testament to Dr. Rosete’s unwavering commitment to leadership excellence, lifelong learning, and a global vision for public service.
Rosete’s expanded expertise—forged at both AIM and UWA—will undoubtedly serve as a powerful catalyst for innovation and good governance within the city.
His journey reflects not only personal growth but also a deep-seated dedication to bringing world-class knowledge and global best practices back to the community he serves.
The mayor and her long-time public servant-hubby, ex-congressman Ricky Sandoval, my ‘Kumpadre’ being my daughter’s godfather, as well the city officials and employees were immensely proud of his outstanding achievement.
