GOOD leadership is about delivering results — and in CALABARZON, PBGen. Dominic Baccay is showing what results look like.

Under his leadership, Police Regional Office 4A recorded strong accomplishments in the fight against illegal drugs during July.

From July 1 to 31, PRO4A conducted 942 anti-illegal drug operations, leading to the arrest of 1,208 drug suspects and the seizure of more than 4.3 kilograms of shabu, along with marijuana and kush.

The confiscated illegal drugs were valued at ₱29.56 million, based on Dangerous Drugs Board standard valuation.

Every arrest means one less drug suspect operating in the community. Every seizure means illegal drugs are prevented from reaching potential users. And every successful operation means another step toward safer communities.

This is where PBGen. Baccay’s ‘B.E.S.T.’ leadership — Be visible, Engage immediately, Serve together and Transform trust — comes alive.

His leadership calls for police officers to be visible, respond quickly, work closely with communities and partner agencies and earn the public’s trust through action.

The results also support the continuing directive of PNP Chief Gen. Jose Melencio “Tateng” Nartatez Jr. for a relentless, intelligence-driven campaign against illegal drugs and stronger police-community cooperation.

But Baccay knows that the fight does not end with impressive figures.

The challenge is to maintain the pressure, strengthen intelligence operations and prevent drug networks from rebuilding.

For CALABARZON, the message is clear: B.E.S.T. is leadership translated into action, results and safer communities.

And if these July figures are any indication, PBGen. Baccay’s B.E.S.T. approach is gaining ground.
