MANILA, Philippines – Aabot sa 90,000 Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) ang naipagkaloob na ng Department of Agrarian Reform sa mga benepisyaryo sa Davao region mula nang maupo si Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. noong 2022.
Ayon kay DAR-Davao chief Eugene P. Follante, nakapag-isyu na sila ng 91,775 e-titles o CLOA sa Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) sakop ang 109,199 ektarya ng lupain mula Hulyo 2022 hanggang Disyembre 2023.
“The Department of Agrarian Reform, as a national agency, stands proud in fulfilling its mandate of implementing the Land Tenure Security Program, providing vital land tenure security services to benefit our beneficiaries,” ayon kay Follante, sa regionwide e-titles distribution noong Miyerkules, Pebrero 7.
Binanggit ni Follante ang matagumpay na implementasyon ng Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individuals Titling (SPLIT) sa Davao. Ang SPLIT ay tugon ng ahensya sa matagal nang alalahanin ng ARBs sa parcelization ng collective CLOA.
Aniya, layon ng inisyatibo na i-promote ang social justice, palakasin ang agricultural productivity, at masiguro ang long-term improvement at stability ng land ownership, na nagsisilbing makina para sa pag-angat ng ekonomiya ng mga benepisyaryo.
Nakipag-ugnayan ang DAR sa Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Land Registration Authority, Registry of Deeds, Land Bank of the Philippines, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), at Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) para sa programa. RNT/JGC
